Our products are aftermarket parts and accessories. Brand, model and chassis names (such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz and MINI) are used only to describe fitment. MotorWrk Supply is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BMW AG, Mercedes-Benz AG or any vehicle manufacturer. You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your vehicle before ordering; we offer free fitment help if you contact our support team.

Some aftermarket lighting products, including headlights, taillights and DRL modules with colored or switchable lighting, are sold for off-road, show or exhibition use and may not comply with federal or state motor vehicle lighting standards for on-road use. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply in your area.

We recommend professional installation. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, modification, or use of a product other than as intended.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund. Product images may show representative installations; finish and details can vary slightly.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or inability to verify fitment. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Except as stated there, products are provided without other warranties to the extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotorWrk Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted.

The first 100 orders placed with MotorWrk Supply count toward this promotion. Customers whose qualifying order is numbered #1001 through #1100 will receive the Shopify discount code NEXT275 with their order confirmation. The code gives that returning customer $275 off their next order of any eligible part priced at $1,000 or more. The code is valid through March 31, 2027, is limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Eligibility applies only to products identified on the First 100 Club page.
